Guia perfeito, falando em Português, de uma simpatia sem igual, e muito bem informado sobre tudo.

As a person traveling alone, I was looking for a tour where I could do this as a single. Not many tours offer this option. I was extremely thrilled at being in a smaller group. The booking went smoothly, and the tour office was easy to find.
The drive out into the countryside was great, and a real opportunity to get out of the city. I do wish the driver had talked us about what we were seeing en route. We were tourists after all. He was pretty non-conversant, although not unfriendly. I think he has just done this so many times, he doesn't have a whole lot of passion for the job anymore. That's just my perception.
The cathedral in Reims was a pleasant stop. I love art, so it was such a treat to see stained glass windows done by some very notable artists.
Moet and Chandon was worth the visit. Truly it is the best champagne I have ever tasted! The tour was informative, and well run. I also loved the visit to the smaller champagne house, and the added explanation of the viticulture of the area. I give the champagne tasting and tour portion of this trip, a thumbs-up. Don't expect more than a glass at either Moet and Chandon, or the smaller Champagne farm. For me personally, this was fine.
The lunch venue felt a little less of a quality stop. The food was average, but the wine flowed!
All-in-all, it was a very pleasant day, and I would do it again.

The trip was really once in a lifetime. Our tour guide Fredrick from ParisCity Vision was really great and knew his stuff. If your in Paris, take the trip, spend the money, it's definitely worth it. You get to walk through the same Moet Champagne Cellars that Napoleon walked through. There's plenty of champagne knowledge you gain from the tour guide and the people you meet at the different winery. You get to see the church, walk through Moet, meet a small producer, eat at a local restaurant and go into the church in Reims. Everything other than the food, really blew me away. 5 stars for sure!

Fabrice was a great tour guide and helped make this trip extra special. We took this tour a couple of years ago and the tour guide wasn't as personable. He was only interested in talking to a pretty Russian girl that joined the seven of us on the tour. Fabrice made us all feel welcome.

We enjoyed how convenient this tour was with pickup right from out apartment. Nicholas was extremely willing to provide background information about the sites we were about to visit as we moved among the champagne producers we visited the day of our tour. Lunch was great and a wonderful break from the ride to the region. We especially liked the personal attention of the small group tour and would recommend it to anyone who wishes to experience Champagne first hand.

This was, without a doubt, the most disappointing and misleading tour of our holiday.

The tour was promoted as a small group maximum of eight and whilst the minivan only seated eight, at each location we met up with two other minivans from the same Company and our small group became a tour group of approximately 24, removing all intimacy and appeal!!

Our bus driver tour guide did not introduce himself, did not provide the promoted personalised attention he barely spoke and spent most of the drive back to Paris simultaneously driving and texting on his phone, making for a very nerve racking experience.

Whilst the tour of Moet and Chandon and G Brunot cellars lived up to expectations, the cons outweighed the pros on this tour and at AUD379.68, this tour is not good value for money!

The tour / van driver was sick with a cold and kept coughing, sneezing and was not concerned with passing along the germs like shaking our hands before we knew he was so sick etc. He provided very limited information during the drive and was NOT up to the standards set by other 'small-group' tour guides I've had with Viator on other trips. The structure of the tour started off well, with the church tour, but again, was expecting more from the guide but it was self-guided. Then the first winery stop was wonderful at Moet Chandon, then the drive through the vineyards seeing the grapes up close and hearing from the local 'mayor' was fascinating. The next winery tour of the small Champagne maker was a waste of time, as they told us the SAME information in your tour as we had just heard at Moet Chandon all about the how they make and bottle the champagne- looking at the sediment inside the bottles, seeing the barrels etc all the same - just smaller. Would have liked more variety and certainly a healthy guide!!!

Tours of the champagne wineries were amazing, lunch was delicious, but the tour guides were not very talkative/informative.
